Human Resource
The Company uses services of both permanent and temporary staff. At the end of the day Dozerbuild's most important asset is its employees drawn from a wide variety of cultural and professional backgrounds around the country. The company workforce is committed to the pursuit of the highest international engineering and architectural standards in every sphere of its activities.

Dozerbuild has a working relationships with other peer firms and individual consultants in the fields relevant to its function.

The core staff of the company comprises of employees with recognised professional training and experience in their areas of expertise.

The Company is led by Herbert Shemsande with a strong background in architecture and construction engineering. The company has a labour force of over 200 workers on all its various sites and all are Ugandans.

It also has permanent staff of committed project managers, surveyors, site agents, foremen, and technicians.

Empowerment of Locals

Dozerbuild Employs local labour force in the locality of the projects. This makes it possible for many people to get equipped with building and technical skills which go along way in improving their well being and standards of living as well as those of their communities.
